Le Central Boutique Hotel is probably the best place to stay in Beaune. The place is lovely, common spaces are beautifully furnished and staff is very nice and helpful, they help me rent a bike and let me keep it in their garage for the time needed during my stay.

The owners itself live on the property and they and their small team made us very welcome. We did a small wine tasting which was excellent. They store and offer multiple vines from the close neighbourhood vineyards with very reasonable pricing. It was so much fun!

This hotel was in a perfect location in central Auxerre. If you are landing at CDG and are looking to immediately travel to Burgundy, I cannot recommend stopping in Auxerre and staying here more.
